Hector McNeill
E-mancipation is managed by Hector McNeill, a development economist and logic designer. Born in 1944 on Portsea Isle, Hampshire he studied at Cambridge and Stanford Universities.

Hector is Coordinator of SEEL, the Systems Engineering Economics Laboratory.

He has been involved in voluntary service initiatives for over 40 years. This has included the co-ordination of the European Campaign for Jury Rights (now absorbed by E-mancipation) and assisting volunteers in Central Europe to establish independent NGOs including direct management by very low income minority communities.

Currently he is the Secretary General of the European Committee on Romani Emancipation, of which he was a founder member, and is the Chairman of the Board of Agence Presse Européenne.
